Andrea Collier-Williams, B.A, M.A.
​
Andrea Collier is an experienced Private Security Consultant and HR Professional. Andrea is also the owner of Strategic Security and Patrol, a security guard and protection company as well as a STC Firearm and Security School.
As a Security Consultant, she helps private security companies meet and maintain state licensing requirements, develop business contracts, and ensure payroll and employee time-management systems are efficient. She is also a licensed Private Investigator and Personal Protection Officer.

With over 20 years of managerial and customer service experience in the restaurant industry, Andrea has become an expert on employee management and cultivating client and customer relationships. She enjoys helping small businesses recruit, hire, and retain quality team members.
Andrea holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a M.A in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resources. Andrea currently provides security, human resource, and administrative consulting services for small businesses owners.

Diane Collier, B.A., M.Ed, MPA

​An experienced and driven individual that is extremely passionate about corporate compliance, entrepreneurial development, community empowerment, and adult training programs.
As a corporate filing specialist with Strategic Training & Consulting, Diane leans into her passion for entrepreneurship and her expertise in the business formation industry to assist small business owners and nonprofit leaders with entity formation, corporate compliance, annual report filings, tax clearance requests, entity reinstatements and dissolutions.
Diane also has four years of experience in private security consulting which entailed developing e-learning training programs for armed and unarmed private security officers. She ensured security companies and licensed training schools consistently met licensing and registration requirements with the Texas Department of Public Safety by effectively preparing for state audits.
Diane attended the University of Texas at Austin where she obtained a B.A. in Liberal Arts and minors in Business Administration and Sports Management. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Master of Education degree. Her educational experience also extends to Europe, where she studied Corporate Social Responsibility at Universite Catholique de Louvain in Belgium while pursuing her undergraduate degree.
Debra Collier-Harris, B.A., M.Ed, Ed.S.
Debra Collier-Harris is a business and nonprofit compliance specialist with a multi-faceted background in education and training, entrepreneurship, and program management.

As a business and nonprofit compliance consultant with Strategic Training & Consulting, Debra helps clients realize their goals of starting a business or nonprofit by assisting with the business formation process and ensuring entity compliance throughout their entity's life cycle. She also assists clients with human resources management and employee training through the development of learning management systems.

As a former English as a Second Language Instructor, Social Studies Teacher, Academic Advisor and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) Coordinator, Debra has always been a champion of education. Debra has experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations including immigrants, refugees, and under-served communities. Debra's teaching and tutoring spans across the primary, secondary, and university level. She served as the Principal Managing Partner of Two of a Kind Education & Consulting Services, an education company that equips non-native English speakers with the language skills to advance personally and professionally. Debra has provided Business English consulting services to the Spanish Consulate and many other businesses in the Houston area.
Debra’s commitment to women empowerment led her to co-found @InspiringWomen.Today, a non-profit that strives to support girls in 8th-12th grade and women through girl and women empowerment workshops and professional development training.

Debra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She obtained an Education Specialist Degree in E-learning, a Post-Master's Certificate in E-Learning, and a Master's Degree in Education from Northcentral University.
Andrea Contreras, B.A.
Andrea Contreras is the company's admin queen! Andrea is trilingual-fluent in English, Spanish and Microsoft Excel! She brings with her from Venezuela- a love for arepas, expertise in administration, and a kind soul. Andrea has a Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) and a Certification in Payroll-Accounting from HCC. Andrea is a native of Venezuela, but has called the U.S. home for the last 7 years. She obtained a wealth of experience as a Branch Manager of an insurance company in Venezuela and Panama. She is also the owner of BlueBonnets Bijouxs, a jewelry and accessories shop.
